Graph Searching in Canada (GRASCan) Workshop 2021
August 5 and 6, 2021
The Graph Searching in Canada (GRASCan) 2021 Workshop will be held on-line August 5 and 6, 2021. The purpose of this ongoing, invitation-only workshop is to
bring together graph searchers working in any and all aspects of vertex pursuit games games on graphs and their variants, such as Cops and Robbers,
edge searching, firefighting, burning, and graph cleaning.
GRASCan 19 was held in The Fields Institute in August 2019. Previous GRASCan conferences were held in Regina, Corner Brook,
Halifax, Montreal, Jacksonville, Florida, and Toronto. Talks are each 30 minutes in length and will take place during the mornings of the workshop, leaving the afternoon free for discussions and collaborations. A Summer School on
vertex-pursuit games will precede the workshop on August 4.
Confirmed plenary speakers: Alan Frieze and Margaret Ellen Messinger.
