The city of Regina is served by an international airport (YQR) which can be reached from most major cities in Canada.
Each of the hotels listed below about a 10-15 minute cab ride with the fare ranging from $15-20.
The hotels are about a 25 minute walk from campus or are on direct bus routes (# 4 or 18). Note that they are not offering special rates.

In August, Regina enjoys warm days and cooler evenings. The downtown core is relatively close and between the university
and the city centre lies one of the largest urban parks in Canada, known as Wascana Park, which includes, walking paths,
the Provincial Legislature, Wascana Lake and the Royal Saskatchewan Museum. Walking from campus through the park is
rather enjoyable and straightforward. Participants may also consult the tourism Regina
website.
There are a number of local restaurants (from fast-food, to pub-style, to gourmet dining) near the suggested
hotels that run along South Albert Street, including various grocery stores (a simple Google search, of restaurants near, for
example, 4025 Albert Street will get you started).
There are restaurants closer to campus, including: Trifon's Pizza; Pita Pit, Pronto, Subway, and McDonalds (1101 Kramer Blvd)
and Lakeshore restaurant (1350 23rd Ave).
