Graph Searching in Canada (GRASCan) Workshop 2018
August 6 - August 7, 2018 at University of Regina
The Graph Searching in Canada (GRASCan) 2018 Workshop will be held August 6-7, 2018 at the University of Regina, Saskatechewan. The purpose of this ongoing, invitation-only workshop is to
bring together graph searchers working in any and all aspects of vertex pursuit games games on graphs and their variants, such as Cops and Robbers,
edge searching, firefighting, burning, and graph cleaning.
GRASCan 17 was held in Corner Brook in August 2017, and we plan on
building on the success of that meeting. Previous GRASCan conferences were held in Halifax, Montreal, Jacksonville, Florida, and Toronto.
Talks are each 30 minutes in length and will take place during the mornings of the workshop, leaving the afternoon free for discussions and collaborations.
Confirmed plenary speakers: Shannon Fitzpatrick (UPEI) and Bill Kinnersley (U Rhode Island).
