Graph Searching in Canada (GRASCan) Workshop 2017
August 7 - August 8, 2017 at Grenfell Campus
The Graph Searching in Canada (GRASCan) 2017 Workshop will be held August 7-8, 2017 at Grenfell Campus, Memorial University, Corner Brook, Newfoundland. The purpose of this ongoing, invitation-only workshop is to
bring together graph searchers working in any and all aspects of vertex pursuit games games on graphs and their variants, such as Cops and Robbers,
edge searching, firefighting, and graph cleaning.
GRASCan 16 was held in Halifax in July 2016, and we plan on
building on the success of that meeting. Previous GRASCan conferences were held in Montreal, Jacksonville, Florida, and Toronto.
Talks are each 30 minutes in length and will take place during the mornings of the workshop, leaving the afternoon free for discussions and collaborations.
Confirmed plenary speakers: Nancy Clarke (Acadia University) and Jan Kratochvil (Charles University, Prague).
